U guys r a 5 star service and I would not hesitate to call you guys for service again. The driver you guys sent out to help me was outstanding and made me feel very comfortable with your service. He treated me like we've been friends for many years and that says a lot about your company. I have used your service for many years through the fire service with me being a firefighter and you guys have always stood out among the rest. I took my 1995 Saturn to get checked out as the reverse and neutral gears were not working (the car would go forward in those gears). I had replaced the valve body on the transmission, but that did not fix the problem. After a couple of days, Ron notified me and said that they looked it over and tried a couple fixes to see if it would get the trans. back in order, but they did not. He ended up telling me that the transmission would be expensive to replace, but would cost more than the car is worth. The folks at E & L are honest, and really care about their customers.

Fast service, great price on tow and driver was courteous and professional. I recommend E&L services.

My engine was dripping something on my garage floor, it looked like oil and sometimes antifreeze. I knew this was not good so we took the car to the Pontiac dealer where we purchased the vehicle and they wanted to charge us $80 just to find out where the leak was coming from. Went to E & L and they charged us less than half that amount. They showed us where it was leaking and how much it would cost to fix.

FANTASTIC company. Came out right away to tow a rollback truck off the freeway. (8 other companies I called were no help at all!) Above and beyond our expectations!

I was on the side of road for over 4 hrs dealing with AAA and 3 tow trucks later they sent one but because I am an Expeditions driver with a longer van and had a small load AAA was giving me a hard time and that call used up my 3 free tows. So when I went looking and called E&L not only did they come out with in 30 minutes but took me to a hotel, it was after 2am, but got my van repaired and back to me that same day!! Thank you so very much!!! And Thank You to the tow truck guy for taking me to the hotel and to the 2 guys who brought my van to me at the hotel when ready. You all made me feel like I was a VIP Customer!!

My trailer came off my car and was pretty much toasted. The next morning they had my trailer back at my house. The communication was great and the cost was right where I needed it to be. I highly recommend them.

They are knowledgeable, I had to go to a Chevy dealership due to the fact of my warranty with them. They said my front brakes were okay but my back brakes were at seven. My daughter told me about E & L and I also think they are very friendly, honest and will not tell you that you need a part unless you do.

The tow truck driver was extremely conscientious, very skilled, kind and caring. I just saw that they are listed as a repair facility. If their towing service is any indication of what to expect from their repair service, I'd go there in a heartbeat. I've seen their location not far from M-24 near the Meijer/Kroger shopping / restaurant hub. That would be very convenient if I needed a repair completed.
