We address the most commmon frequently asked questions concerning the auto repair & towing services that we provide to consumers in the Lapeer and surrounding areas. Your Auto Repair & Towing Questions Answered
Do you guarantee your service and repair work?
Yes. As an Auto Value Certified Service Center we offer a Confidence Plus North American Warranty to guarantee the work performed which includes a 24 month/24,000 mile limited parts and labor warranty.
Are your service and repair technicians certified?
Yes. Our technicians are experienced and knowledgeable ASE-Certified technicians
Do you charge storage?
Yes – $25.00 per calendar day.
Do you unlock vehicles for free?
No. The only exception is that we will unlock a vehicle for free if it has a child trapped inside.
Do you perform air bag recovery?
Yes. We have several towing companies that have performed air bag recoveries that we can utilize anytime.
What are your hours to pick up vehicles?
8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday – Friday
9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Saturday
Closed – Sundays
Can you tow motor homes?
Yes. We have a heavy duty under reach with various attachments that enable us to tow an RV damage free.
Do you take credit cards and debit cards?
Yes. We can except credit cards and debit cards both at our office and on the road.
Do you tow long distance?
Yes. We have towed vehicles from as far away as Florida, New York, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Illinois, Ohio, Indiana, North Carolina and Canada.
Do you perform accident recoveries anywhere in the state?
Yes, or we can locate a reputable tower anywhere in the state or the country through the Michigan Towing Association Membership Directory or the Towing and Recovery Association of America (TRAA) memberships.
Are your drivers certifiec?
Yes. We have trained and certified operators from Wreckmaster and Ross Kinman’s.
Is your impound lot secured?
Yes. We have a fence surrounding the impound yard with video surveillance cameras outside and inside our building.
Are you licensed & insured?
Yes. We are properly Licensed and Insured.
